Terms of use

A web game for practising Spanish and English vocabulary: you see a word and type its translation before time runs out. It is a practice tool; it is not an official course and it does not award qualifications or certificates.

• You must be 14 or older.
• Your sign-up details must be true, and the email must be yours: you have to verify it before you can play.
• The account is personal. Look after your password and let us know if you think someone else is using it.

So that XP, levels and stats mean something, you may not:

• Use programs, extensions or any kind of automation to answer.
• Tamper with answers, times or what is sent to the server.
• Try to get into other people’s accounts or data, or harm the service.
• Copy the vocabulary or the site’s content in bulk.

If you do, we may void games, remove the progress gained that way or close the account.

XP, levels, categories and the daily streak are part of the game: they have no monetary value and cannot be redeemed or transferred. We may adjust the rules (for example, the XP each correct answer gives, or the daily cap) to improve the game.

Playing is free. If optional paid features are added in the future, they will be explained clearly before you can buy them and will have their own terms.

The name, design, illustrations, code and vocabulary of Kuri x Kuri are ours or used with permission. You may use the site for your own learning; you may not copy it, resell it or use its content in other products without permission.

We check the vocabulary carefully, but there may be mistakes. If you spot one, write to info@motor-scope.com.

We work to keep Kuri x Kuri running at all times, but it may fail, stop for maintenance or change. The service is provided as is, with no guarantee of availability or of learning results. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damage arising from its use. None of this limits the rights the law gives you as a consumer.

You can delete your account whenever you want from your profile: all your data is deleted and it cannot be undone.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. If we stop offering Kuri x Kuri, we will give notice in advance whenever possible.

Which data we handle and what for is explained in the privacy policy.

If we change anything important, we will announce it on the site or by email before it applies. If you keep using Kuri x Kuri afterwards, you are taken to accept the changes; if you disagree, you can delete your account.

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you live in another European Union country, you keep the protection of your own country’s consumer rules.
